Hello and welcome to my website!
I am looking to support fellow Inner North Canberrans with any tech issues they may be facing.
Currently studying Programming, in the long-term I wish to work with Disability Assistive Technology. This is because I have background experience as both a NDIS support worker and tech support at ANU. I also recently worked for a company that provides telepresence robots to kids with disabilities and it really opened my eyes to the amazing crossroad between the tech and disability industries.
Along with providing Tech Support for pocket change I will be regularly sharing Tech Tips and advice through videos and blog posts.
Thanks for dropping by and hope I can help 🙂

Tech Support are like the nurses of technology. Instead of paying a premium by going to a repairer first, you can call me to troubleshoot the situation and identify the problem. A vast majority of tech issues are a simple fix or trick to get your technology working again. Not only that, another tip or two can get a working computer working even faster.

Need advice in purchasing something for yourself or as a gift? Lyneham Tech Tips can help you understand the jargon and advise you on what to purchase for your needs and avoid paying extra. Find out what is the latest in phones, gaming consoles, computers, and even telepresence robots.

Unfortunately the world is not all sunshine and roses. According to ACCC’s Scamwatch, Australians lost over $175 Million Dollars in 2020 to scams. As technology improves so does the threat of scams and computer virus. If you think something is odd or you are not comfortable doing something, PAUSE and ask for a second opinion.

When building a website you have many options these days. You can pay premium monthly fees to companies like Wix or Squarespace for easy setup … or learn to use WordPress for something cheaper. Hire me to do it all, or hire me to train you in the know how!
